You really are so special,
as special as can be,
I'm never likely to forget,
the nice things you did for me.
You were always smiling so kindly,
when I'm not acting very wise,
and when I'm feeling down and depressed,
there's understanding in your eyes.
You cheer me up, you cheer me on,
you're always so very glad,
for all the small successes and things,
that I could ever have had.
You fulfilled my dreams with happiness,
there isn't anything I want more,
than you being right here beside of me,
holding hands by the river shore.
Your support, your love and your care
mean so very much to me, it's true
because I'll always think you're wonderful
for I owe such a lot to you.
