Ok first off, you can call me MJ. I'm turning 23 in May and I'm from Ohio. My work may not be art. But what is? I know of a famous painter who made millions dipping a chicken's feet in paint and letting him walk on a canvas. It's not about what you write, it's about creativity of the mind. And passion makes you good at it.
I believe I'm more of an artist than a writer. I believe I can draw up just about anything. I admire fine art and would love to travel to museums all around the world some day. Yet being out of the country would be a first. But I have a passion for art as a hobby.
Some people would say I'm crazy, others would tell you there is no one like me. Frankly, I'm happy with who I am and there's nothing that can stop me. Not even the devil himself could damper my thoughts and my dreams. I used to feel down and depressed in the past, soon realizing there is more to life than feeling sorry for myself. Since then, I don't think I could ever write dark poetry again. And thanks to my boyfriend, I have a shoulder to lean on.
I'm on a mission to find something new. Something better is around the corner and I want to capture true words to make my work roll off someone's tongue like sweet, golden honey. So that when it reaches their lips, there is nothing but awe in the beautiful renaissance.
Practice makes perfection.
Word of advice: "Keep your head up, if you start looking at your feet you might miss what lies ahead, and you'll never see it coming. But to see it coming and face it with every thing you got takes a real champ."
