Hi all, I am a 55 y/o widow and I live in the Pensacola Florida area of our wonderful country, originally from Pennsylvania,I moved here in 2004. And it seems that I suddenly woke up one day and could write poetry. This is no exageration of the facts but a statement of them. My sister and i were chatting and she needed an original poem and was desperate, I said gimme a minute and wa-la I wrote "Trick of Time". She was floored and encouraged me to continue, which to my great pleasure I did. The poems flowed out of me like water from a tap and I have been writing them ever since. Some I believe are quite good while others I am continuously tweeking, lol, I suppose all poets do this

In twilights dream of fearful knowing
