I am a deeply spiritual poet.. I write soley on what I feel. My poems are from deep within and I write only what I want to. I never write what others think is right or is common.
I acquired my passion from my father. He has a whole notebook of poems and I have posted a few of them here.
I am an open book, so if you would like more or just would like another look at one of your poems Ill gladly oblige! I love reading others work and seeing what they say about mine!
Im very open to any criticism you may have about my writing and will do my best to take it into account.
Thank you so much!
Blessings!
To all of my AP friends.
I realize that I have not been online in a very long time and I apologize. I will try to be on here much more in the future now that I have access to a computer again.
Many Blessings My Friends!

*A girl and guy were speeding, on a motorcycle, over 90 mph on the road..
Girl: Slow down. I’m scared.
Guy: No, this is fun.
Girl: No, it’s not. Please, it’s too scary!
Guy: Then tell me you love me.
Girl: Fine, I love you. Slow down!
Guy: Now give me a BIG hug.
*Girl hugs him*
Guy: Can you take my helmet off & put it on yourself? It’s bugging me.
(In the paper the next day)
A motorcycle crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were on it, but only one survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his breaks broke, but he didn’t want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him & felt her hug one last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.
If you would ever do this for someone....then post this on your page asap!!

TO EVERY GIRL
To every girl that is SCARED to put her heart out there again, because she has been HURT too many times.
To every girl that dresses cute, not skanky.
To every girl who wants to be called beautiful, not hot.
To every girl that thinks they are fat and wants him to
say I don't care just to show how much she means to him.
To every girl that will spend her whole day looking for the perfect present for you.
To every girl that would die to have a decent boyfriend.
To every girl who would just once like to be treated like a princess.
To every girl who wants to sleep with a guy without actually having sex.
To every girl that just wants to hold hands.
To every girl that kisses him with meaning.
TO EVERY GIRL WHO JUST WISHES HE CARED MORE.
To every girl who just once, wants a guy to give their jacket up when she is cold.
To every girl who just wants him to call.
To every girl who lies awake at night thinking about him.
To every girl that just wants to cuddle.
TO EVERY GIRL WHO SHOWS HOW MUCH SHE CARES BUT GETS NOTHING BACK.
To every girl that ever thought "Maybe this one could be the one."
To every girl that laughs at stupid stuff when she actually doesn't think it is funny.
To every girl who's looking for that one and only and having a rough time on the way.
To every girl that doesn't want a guy who just plays with her emotions but actually cares about how she feels.
TO EVERY GIRL WHO WANTS WORDS BACKED UP WITH ACTIONS.
TO EVERY girl that FELL for ALL the LIES ONLY TO FIND THEMSELVES ALONE in the END.
To every girl that gave her heart away to have it shoved back in her face.
To every girl that has faith that "tomorrow will be a better day." And it will be.

Daddy's Poem DADDY'S POEM Her hair was up in a pony tail, her favorite dress tied with a bow. Today was Daddy's Day at school, and she couldn't wait to go. But her mommy tried to tell her, that she probably should stay home. Why the kids might not understand, if she went to school alone. But she was not afraid; she knew just what to say. What to tell her classmates of why he wasn't there today. But still her mother worried, for her to face this day alone. And that was why once again, she tried to keep her daughter home. But the little girl went to school eager to tell them all. About a dad she never sees; a dad who never calls. There were daddies along the wall in back, for everyone to meet. Children squirming impatiently, anxious in their seats One by one the teacher called a student from the class. To introduce their daddy, as seconds slowly passed. At last the teacher called her name, every child turned to stare. Each of them was searching, for a man who wasn't there. "Where's her daddy at?" she heard a boy call out. "She probably doesn't have one," another student dared to shout. And from somewhere near the back, she heard a daddy say, "Looks like another deadbeat dad, too busy to waste his day." The words did not offend her, as she smiled up at her Mom. And looked back at her teacher, who told her to go on. And with hands behind her back, slowly she began to speak. And out from the mouth of a child, came words incredibly unique. "My Daddy couldn't be here, because he lives so far away. But I know he wishes he could be, since this is such a special day. And though you cannot meet him, I wanted you to know. All about my daddy, and how much he loves me so. He loved to tell me stories he taught me to ride my bike. He surprised me with pink roses, and taught me to fly a kite. We used to share fudge sundaes, and ice cream in a cone. And though you cannot see him. I'm not standing here alone. "Cause my daddy's always with me, even though we are apart I know because he told me, he'll forever be in my heart" With that, her little hand reached up, and lay across her chest. Feeling her own heartbeat, beneath her favorite dress. And from somewhere here in the crowd of dads, her mother stood in tears. Proudly watching her daughter, who was wise beyond her years. For she stood up for the love of a man not in her life. Doing what was best for her, doing what was right. And when she dropped her hand back down, staring straight into the crowd. She finished with a voice so soft, but its message clear and loud. "I love my daddy very much, he's my shining star. And if he could, he'd be here, but heaven's just too far You see he was a firefighter and died just this past year When airplanes hit the towers and taught Americans to fear. But sometimes when I close my eyes, it's like he never went away." And then she closed her eyes, and she saw him there that day. And to her mothers amazement, she witnessed with surprise A room full of daddies and children, all starting to close their eyes. Who knows what they saw before them, who knows what they felt inside. Perhaps for merely a second, they saw him at her side. "I know you're with me Daddy," to the silence she called out. And what happened next made believers, of those once filled with doubt. Not one in that room could explain it, for each of their eyes had been closed. But there on the desk beside her, was a fragrant long-stemmed pink rose. And a child was blessed, if only for a moment, by the love of her shining star. And given the gift of believing, that heaven is never too far. They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. REPOST THIS TO SHOW APPRCIATION for the people you'll never forget . It's a short message to let them know that you'll never forget them. If you don't REPOST THIS, it means you're in a hurry and that you've forgotten your friends. Take the time...to live and love. Until eternity post this as "Daddy's Poem -Cheryl Costello-Forshey
