Hi - I'm Light (so my name is a biiiig contradiction), 12 years old, and I've been writing poetry for approximately one year and a half. I generally write quite dark, depressive poetry, but every so often I find myself penning something quite positive, or about nature. Quite a lot of poetry comes from something that's happened in my life, or how I have felt/feel.

Now, physical attributes. I'm five foot two or three (haven't got it completely accurately measured), with naturally coloured ash blonde/brown hair, chalk white skin (seriously, it is) and blue-green-grey eyes. I am short sighted by -4.35 on my left eye, and -2.10 on my right eye, and wear black rectangular glasses. I am eight stone roughly and have an athletic/curvy shape. Unfortunately, I suffer from fairly severe acne on my face (mostly on my forehead), chest and back. My nailbeds - don't exist. I bite my nails a lot and clench my arm muscles - which people have told me is weird. My theory is my arm clenching is what I do when I'm stressed - other people do things like their eyes twitching!

My personality can switch easily. Sometimes I can be really hyper and bubbly, and then I can go quite mellow, or sad, or uncontrollably angry. I find it hard to restrain my emotions, especially anger. When I'm angry, my urge is to destroy things generally - I'll break glass, throw things and write on walls. I'm not particularly proud of it. I suffer from bipolar disorder.

I love to write poetry, fanfiction etc., have fun and make friends, so if anyone wants to talk that would be really appreciated. =) Sometimes I can feel so lonely.

I like bands/singers such as Marilyn Manson, MCR, Evanescence, Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Linkin Park, Green Day, Kings of Leon, We the Kings and others, and sometimes even a little Pink.

I am an atheist and don't believe in any God/Satan/whatever, but I don't discriminate on anything, and that includes religion. I encourage people to be who they are ... as long as they don't discriminate. =/

Now ... for stereotypes =p. I'm bisexual, emo/goth/whatever, antisocial, bipolar, et cetera.
