My name is Phillipa Parker-Jones, and I am eighteen years of age.
I use this site as a diary, this is where I write down my thoughts and feelings.
I am not even sure whether what I do is poetry or not.
Though, I have loved what I know as poetry from a young age.
I started to write around the age of ten.
The subject of my poetry is never nice.
I tend to write about dark things, such as suicide, depression, self-harm, heartbreak etc.
This has always caused my family worry.
Poetry is something that has become a part of me.
It has become the way I cope, writing is what helped me stop self-harming, and for that I owe it my life, and my life is what I give it.
A lot of what I write doesn't go on this site, I only post what I feel comfortable being read.
I write when I'm feeling down, hense what my poetrys about.
What I write is basically my thoughts and feelings put into words.

I do try to write poetry about happy things, but somehow I always fail.
