Hey, I'm a 16 year old girl from the UK...I don't see why people 'have' to change for others, and seek acceptance, when the people that really matter are those that love you for who you are. I dunno i guess i'm individual, but if i go by 'labels' i have nooo idea what i am- emo? really baby goth...slightly chav? seriously, i have no clue lol. Labels suck! i have no idea what i'm actually ranting on about here...
I think...if something makes you happy, or if someONE makes you happy, then what should get in the way of you having that?? If it feels right to you, then it can't be wrong. If you read some of my poems, you should understand the point i'm getting to.

Summer '09 .... i've decided to try to be a better person- it's worked for the past few months i think; i've been trying to stay close to family and friends, especially those that really matter... I've tried to make as many people happy as i can... and also myself. I wanna come out of this summer having acheived something- learning guitar or spanish better? or maybe to dance O___O (fail!!! haha) I've avoided lying, i don't like the situations it brings and it's pointless- honesty is valuable, and it's best, if you don't wanna lie, to not get into a situation where you feel the need to. & FINALLY i'm avoiding drama, but i'll say that lightly haha....
And it's getting to the point where i feel happier in me and i don't have to try to be this way anymore, it's more the way i am...however i'm still spacey and sometimes like my alone time....or just sitting in places where there's big ponds and loads of trees etc... (LOL i just read that back and realised how geeky i sound...hahaha, but oh well i'm a geek and proud!) I'm not perfect though, that'd be impossible... i guess i just gotta take things as they come...
Does that all sound self righteous :S? i hope not...
