Bitter IronyShow poetry

My current poetry obsession: haiku.

In case that wasn't painfully obvious already.

My work has appeared in Three Lights Gallery, Tinywords, Modern English Tanka's "Landfall" anthology, Simply Haiku, Modern English Tanka, and The Heron's Nest. Two haiku have also been accepted for 3Lights "Nocture" exibit in January. Another will be included in "Dust of Summers: The Red Moon Anthology of English-Language Haiku 2007."

Two of my tanka are among the 31 winners of this year's Tanka Splendor awards! Both are posted in my tanka blog (whitecherryblossoms.blogspot.com) and I will provide a link to them on Aha! Poetry as soon as one becomes avaliable.

Now stop wasting your time on my page and get writing!

    Hello Bitter Irony,

I've enjoyed breading through some of your work, you have a wonderful style and I look forward to reading more. I see you write stories also, have you ever written haibun? It may be something you would find interesting.
