Hello, I go by many names, but my friends call me Billie.
I am a 16-year-old Junior in highschool. My favorite color is yellow, my favorite animal is a shark, and my favorite letter is 'c'. I like playing piano and drawing. . . well, that's enough about me.
My pets are my large fluffy cat Yuumei, my sleek and beautiful grey cat Hero, my adorable and friendly mouse Vivian, and my cute but lazy terrier-german shepard mix Phoenix.
My poetry is usually realistic, and very transedental (like Thoreau, Emerson, and, in my opinion, Lao-tze) dealing with the great wonder of nature and beauty in daily life and the small wonders of everyday things (You might compare my poem 'Holding the Door', about a dying moth, to Thoraeu's 'Walden' when he watched the ants battle). I believe in being polite to everyone, and universal equality (I believe a gnat deserves life as much as I), but my sister always makes fun of me for this, so you don't have to!
I also write a lot of sad and dark poetry, usually giving a scenario for a crude human nature or showing the cruelty of a personified inanimate object. I don't usually write personal poetry, but they're usually all my point of view or opinion.
I'm really glad that everyone shares their great talent here and I hope to keep reading new poetry here all the time!

I know a lot of people don't like that, so this is a warning for those nice people so I don't waste their time.
