I guess that if I have a style, it would be one of writing uplifting poems. I try to write so the reader is uplifted after reading my work. I am self taught and try to learn as I go by listening to my feedback, friends and experimenting with new forms of poetry that I find. I find that Haikus,Tankas, Cinquains and Triolets are ways of expressing great thoughts in a concentrated form where the flavor is rich and easy to digest. For something different, I would hope you view some of the Poetic/Combination poetry I have written. Take a look at one of the Cinquain/Acrostic combinations. I think you will find them interesting, yet in a form you may not be accustomed to. I find them very challenging, yet very satisfying when I have completed one.
