I don't know! I'm inspired by the beat poets. My content at least for now is pretty damn dark. I got back from the the war about a year ago and am still trying to put that all in perspective. Let me know how I'm doing with that. It's all in my work. If it seems a bit like a novice wrote it, well I started writing Oct 3 this year. Thanks for looking at my stuff! Don't cut me any slack!

Balldinger on December 8, 2005Outstanding, man! Hang in their GI. I got a good buddy who spent a good portion of 2 years in the Kuwait desert during Daddy Bush's "war" where you couldn't fire until fired upon, and he came back a bit whacky in the head. His wife left him, but he's hung in there dispite it all, and kept his humor in tact. Keep writing how you feel - you can't go wrong - and thanks for your dedication to our nation - as twisted as it often seems to be. And welcome to AP ~ EZB

micha on December 4, 2005I am so glad to see that gold up there...
Oh, as soon as you began to write, well, I have only been poking about here and there due to life off this site
and still...
Yes! now it seems more and more are beginning to see the power of your poetic voice and I am so grateful...
and I hope to comment more soon, but your works somehow always
mean so much and you seem to just have a gift for this and it is
good for this site to have you here...
yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

poetryality on December 4, 2005Hi
There was a poet here, screenname "Dog Tags". He was in the Army, I believe. You remind me of him with your intensity in word.
WELCOME TO AP It's pure theatre.

Ironfeather on November 22, 2005Welcome to the site, BentDoc! I was an infantry squad leader with the Marines in Vietnam... so some of the best Marines I met were Corpsmen. I like your work!
