Hey, I'm Brittney. I'm 15 and go to Conway High School in Conway, SC! I like to write all kinds of poetry. It's really about what comes to mind or what comes from the soul. I don't really like poems that aren't heartfelt. It doesn't mean the author has to personally experience it. I'm looking for poems that obviously took some deep thinking and heart felt writing.
I love writing and was called the writing queen by my friends in 7th and 8th grade. I've been on a bit of a creative block lately but I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things. I don't really like reading my work out loud, no matter how good it is, because I'm easily embarrassed by bad criticism. I hate getting up in front of people even if it is a group of people I've went to school with since 3rd grade. lol.
I love all my friends, but I have to be closest to Becky. She is my sister and i wouldn't trade her for the world. I might be numb, I'm sure of much anything anymore, so I write to make sure i feel something. Anyway, leave me comments, add me to your faves, whatever you want.
