My life = God, Music and Poetry. I play and write music, which is very much intertwined with poetry, although lyrics do have their differences with poetry. I'm a Christian and Christ is the center point of my life, at least I try to make it that way. Pen, guitar, voice, piano, and whatever else I can get my hands on are my tools for expressing emotions. I love life, and am not a depressed sort of person, though I am prone to the occasional sad thought . Lately I find I have less to inspire me, mainly because I my days of being with my high school friends day-to-day have ended, unfortunately. Though I see some of them often, I deeply miss those I do not see. I also have fewer women in my life, heh heh, and let's face it, they write my poetry for me, in a manner of speaking.

Here's a quote from my best AP friend, JamesLinde:

It’s a beautiful day
You’ve lost all your words
Salvation’s left you speechless
Joyful disbelief at this display
Grace is a sunrise for the soul.

Since I don't quote myself, much. This one verse is the closest anyone has gotten to speaking my heart.

  • I met Larry at a bus stop, though I didn't really want to. Waiting impatiently, I sat in a resigned slouch, the sort of posture that told people to stay away. Or so I thought. Larry was a small man, dressed in plain shorts an
