I never saw a wild thing
sorry for itself.
A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough
without ever having felt sorry for itself.
-D.H. Lawrence

Down in the flood of remembrance, I weep like a child for the past.
-D.H. Lawrence

I hate the way you talk to me,
and the way you cut your hair.
I hate the way you drive my car.
I hate it when you stare.
I hate your big dumb combat boots,
and the way you read my mind.
I hate you so much it makes me sick;
it even makes me rhyme.
I hate the way you're always right.
I hate it when you lie. I
hate it when you make me laugh,
even worse when you make me cry.
I hate it that you're not around,
and the fact that you didn't call.
But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you.
Not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all.
-Julia Stiles '10 Things I Hate About You'

If life isn't about humanity, then tell me what it's about, because I'd love to know...
-Orlando Bloom

The more you struggle in life, the more you grow.
-Orlando Bloom

There is no excuse to be bored. Sad, yes. Angry, yes. Depressed, yes. Crazy, yes. But there is no excuse for boredom. Ever.
-Viggo Mortensen

Tried to say something
That filled my mouth
And longed to rest
in your ear.
Don't dare write
It down for fear it'll
Become words, just
Words.
-'Communion' by Viggo Mortensen

The Young Man came to the Old Man seeking counsel.
I broke something Old Man.
How badly is it broken?
It's in a million little pieces.
I'm afraid I can't help you.
Why?
There's nothing you can do.
Why?
It can't be fixed.
Why?
It's broken beyond repair. It's in a million little pieces.

Yes, to dance beneath the diamond sky with one hand waving free,
Silhouetted by the sea, circled by the circus sands,
With all memory and fate driven deep beneath the waves,
Let me forget about today until tomorrow.
-'Mr. Tambourine Man' Bob Dylan

“Can I help you?”
He trained his eyes down to the open billfold in his hand, busied his fingers to false tasks of taking its’ inventory as he snuck a surreptitious smile.
“The fill up on pump 10. A pack of Marlboro lights. And the boy’s slurpee.”

Heck, the mans own grooming practices were at best questionable, bordering on slightly disturbing.

“you know how on buffy warren built spike a ‘buffybot’?”
“uhhh sure...”
“well I’m going to build myself an ‘orlibot’!”
“you are officially crazy...”

“How ’bout if I marry the bonde?”
“Then I’ll really hate you.”

"Must procure a cherry squishie."

"That's not my area."

Anyway read my poems and short stories please! I'll love you forever and comment on your poems and stories.

Much Love!
