FAVORITE QUOTES:
The mind I love must have wild places, a tangled orchard where dark damsons drop in the heavy grass, an overgrown little wood, the chance of a snake or two, a pool that nobody's fathomed the depth of, and paths threaded with flowers planted by the mind.--Katherine Mansfield
He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, "Tell me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane...tell me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure...tell me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other." And I kissed him softly and whispered back, "Touch my mind." --Author Unknown
Why do I love music? Music carries my memories. Interwoven throughout the words and notes of songs are the memories of my life - remembrances from years ago and even remembrances of yesterday. They are not captured in a lifeless box of photos, which are stored under a bed. Instead, these times and emotions which I have once lived will never be forgotten -for they live within a song.

Apparition on February 11, 2003Sheila, I just had to come and thank you for your comments on my poem "Somethings never change" Your words touched me deeply. I guess that it just shows how much we can have in common with others. How many times we travel the same roads. Thank you for sharing your poem with me also. It was beautiful...and it so helped how I was feeling.
Thanks
Maddie
