• So here's what happened...

  July 20, 100 words. All. 9 comments.

  So I went to the doctor after being sick for several days. They thought I had kidney stones. Simple enough right?
  
  Turns out I had a tumor.
  A very large and obnoxious tumor.
  
  I've just gotten out of the hospital today.
  I had surgery last Thrusday and everything went pretty well.
  I don't have cancer but I will be on meds and things for the next six weeks.
  
  I would go into more detail but I'm sort of tired and don't want to.
  
  Oh. The tumor was 28 poun...

  I've arrived at my new home, sort of. Still moving into the apartment and everything. Should be moved in on the 26th or so. I'm happy now and still setting things up and all of that but it's off to a good start.
  
  The trip there was sort of boring and I was delayed for a while but I made it and I'm safe and sound and everything's going well.
  
  Hope everyone is doing well.

  Well...as the title says, this is it, guys. The big move. The new adventure.
  
  I know it's late but I can't seem to put myself to bed, I'm so excited. This comeing Tuesday is the big day. I leave for my new destination at 6:30pm.
  
  I told my mom today I was leaving and oddly enough she was only freaked for a few minutes before she asked for a forwarding address and told me to e-mail her often.
  
  My little sister was the first to know and she can't wait to get rid of me. I...

  Well...as the title says, this is it, guys. The big move. The new adventure.
  
  I know it's late but I can't seem to put myself to bed, I'm so excited. This comeing Tuesday is the big day. I leave for my new destination at 6:30pm.
  
  I told my mom today I was leaving and oddly enough she was only freaked for a few minutes before she asked for a forwarding address and told me to e-mail her often.
  
  My little sister was the first to know and she can't wait to get rid of me. I can't help but think she'll miss me though. Maybe just a little. I asked her and she said she would miss me 30%, how's that for irony. She bought me a candle for a going away present. Guess what scent it is. Apple Cinnamon. I love apples. (Grinned)
  
  My oldest sister started crying. She thought I was tellig some sick joke but I assured her it was the truth and then she really flipped out. She's afraid for me because she won't be able to protect me. Heh. But I promised to e-mail her every day letting her know I'd be fine. She's going to try to go into work late so she can personally bring me to the bus station.
  
  I still have to tell my father and my grandparents. I think my grandparents are going to be the hardest to tell. But they'll be more than just a little upset if I don't. I think we're going to a water park this Saturday. I'll be telling them the news then. Wish me luck. I hope they'll understand that this is something I need to do.
  
  I've never been this excited before, I don't think. Things are finally falling into place, just like I hoped they would. I know it's going to be hard but that's sort of the appeal at the moment.
