    Taumatized, I fear your eyes,
when they look into my soul.
    That dark shade, breathless made,
that I fight to be let go.

Tired and tried, but can't deny,
    the fleating call therein.
That speaks to me, and sets free,
    the love I've held within.

    Trembled breath, what is left,
but this heart that does deceive.
It calls to you, not wanting to,
and begs you here with me.

Fevered sweat, but I can't forget,
the touch that sears my soul.
When your eyes, lock on mine,
and your heart is mine to hold.

Daunted now, I don't know how,
I've come so far so fast.
The terrible fear, held in here,
that you and I won't last.

Burdened brow, just tell me how,
to be free of past regret?
I'll give it up, and finally love,
    the one who's eyes torment.

Well, I'm glad to see you jumped right in with both feet and it didn't take a whole lot of prodding for me to get you to post something. Your haiku's are so natural, the gift you have expressed in every word portrayed in your pieces.

Doesn't look like you went to bed at a decent time, love.. tsk tsk, hope you had sweet dreams,

    -Angel
