I'm not very good a describing myself, so bear with me because I'm making this up as I go along!
First the facts - I'm a 16 year old girl, I live in Merseyside, in the north of England and I'm studying Psychology, Biology and Business Studies at college. I have a pet cat called Pablo (as in Pablo Picasso, the artist, - don't blame me - I didn't name him!) and I hope to be a psychologist when I'm older. I'd like to say I'm fairly easy-going but some stuff annoys the hell out of me - mainly bad spelling and punctuation (yes, it's petty but still...), ignorance and crappy pop music (girls aloud fans - I mean you!)
I've been writing poems since I was a kid, but only properly for the past year. I got into AP through a friend from college (LadyNightshade) and its one of the few good decisions I've actually made. I generally only write poems when I've really got something to say and the words are screaming out to be written down, but I'd love to be able to write poetry on demand. I suffer from depression, so a lot of what I write is miserable, but occasionally I'm really inspired by something; whether it be nature, a person, anger or other stuff.
