Welcome to my poetry page! I hope you enjoy my poetry and find the tools that I have compiled useful. Most of my poetry is composed in accepted forms but you may find a Free Verse poem or two here. Please feel free to use any of my poems but please give me credit; simply sign it “Amera”.

I am a classically-self-taught poet, award-winning author, social-butterfly and Renaissance thinker who leads from the heart toward a world of unlimited possibilities, I believe every person is worthy of being loved and deserves to know and explore their own unique and beautiful talent. I believe that poetry is a gift and with help and support from other poets that gift can be perfected and carry the art to a new level. Ever since I joined AP, poetry has become more than just a hobby for me. I love reading and writing poetry.

It seems that I see poetry in everything and I want to write about it. I guess I needed an outlet for self expression.

    I think I am just going to bookmark your page so that I may learn more about poetry. A lot of poetry examples of different forms are hard to read and yours are not. Assuming you have the form right a lot to learn from here. Thanks for being descriptive in your AN, what made me add you as favorites. Your poetry is great and than you learn a lesson to boot.
