Hey,

I'm Ashlea, nice to meet you. My user name is "Akers" (pronounced "bakers" without the "b", by the way) and that's what pretty much everyone calls me and Ash, of course.

A wee bit about me
I'm always smiling and always happy. I'm loud and I'm the one who's always giggling my little head off, usually at something utterly ridiculous. The sillier it is, the funnier I will find it. The best thing about me is definitely my sence of humour. Unless I'm a in a mood =) even then it's easy to make me laugh! I'm a jeans and T-shirt girl, bit of a tomboy really. I do the hair and makeup thing, but deep down I just wanna be outside climbing a tree. I can usually be found working out, talking (I NEVER STOP TALKING), being an idiot with my partners in crime, or actively enjoying my passion for crumpets. I appreciate honesty, so please give me your honest opinion. Constructive criticism is the way forward!

I have a real passion for being creative. I love art. I believe art exists in more that what you would find in a GCSE art room. You don't have to be able to draw to be an artist. And that' why I love it. Art gives you the chance to mold your thoughts and feeling into an object. Be it a photograph, a song, playing sport or a dance. Or a poem obviously Anything

I started writing poetry when I was 10 and I've vented into my faithful rhymes ever since. They started off as children's poems and gradually became deeper and darker as the years passed. Poetry faded from me over last 7 years. I had a very emotional time and I think I felt like I was in someone's shadow. Now, I'm on top of the world xD
