My name is Crystal England and I live in Louisville, Ky. My husband's name is Bill. He is my best friend and truly is my soul mate. We have been married 9 years now and it has been wonderful. We have two beautiful boys together. Their names are William Earl and Dallas Joseph. Will is 7 and Dallas is 4. All three of them are the lights of my life, they are my whole world. I don't know what I'd do without them.
I never knew I a talent for writing. My mother is a published poet, maybe I get the ability from her. I also believe my mother-in-law (Cathy) and sister-in-law (Christina) had a hand in my ability. They were writing their poems, so I decided to give it a shot. I started writing not long after Dallas was born. I really don't have a style. Unfortunately, I can't write just because I want to. I just write what comes to me. When a topic does come to me I have to drop everything and jot it down or I will lose the idea. Hopefully with time I will get better and have more poems to post for you. Enjoy reading.

Cathy wrote this for me back when she first started writing. I loved it so much I wanted to post it on my page.
CRYSTAL
Crystal is my Daughter-in law
She's married to my Son
She's the perfect wife for him
And we love her very much
The boys couldn't have
A better mother
She's such a special woman
I feel like she belongs to me
I can hardly tell the difference
We're such a perfect match
I laugh till tears fill my eyes
At all the jokes she tells
She can say things
In the blink of an eye
I'm honored she loves me
She's such a great Daughter-in-law
Oh wait, I meant to say
She's such a great Daughter
When I think of her
That's how I feel
I was the one she asked for
At the birth of her Son
And when the second boy came along
I stayed home with the first
I was the one that planned her showers
I planned her wedding too
And I've taken her side
When she was right
My child born of love
I'm proud to be her Mother

(To Crystal. You have touched my heart
In so many ways. I love you)

She then wrote this acrostic for me about a year ago.
CRYSTAL (ACROSTIC)
Caring and sweet, a wonderful girl
Really lucky she's part of our world
You would never find another as special
Such a blessing is our Crystal
Taking care of her family
And loving them unconditionally
Life is much better since she's been here
My daughter-in-law is such a dear

Mom,
Thank you so much for pushing me to stick with my writing.
If it hadn't been for you I most likely would have given up. I will forever be grateful for that push.
With all my love ,
