AaxmymShow poetry

I'm no one who is really much different than yourself. I've lived, loved, lost and suffered like most people. Maybe more than some, I'm sure not as much as others.

I would imagine I'm like some in respect to being able to deal with things a little better if I express myself through a pen or keystroke. Isn't being able to "cope" what people find themselves trying to do most of the time anyway? I don't think I really have a "style". I just sit down, start thinking about what's making me happy or sad, and whatever comes out just comes out.

I don't really read much poetry, but I can appreciate when I feel someone has experienced what I have, be it good or bad, then can translate it to the written word. I guess most of my writing has to do with emotional entanglements of the heart. After all, those have the tendancy to most impact our lives both positively and negatively, past, present and future.

The tangible evidence of both happiness and emotional injury has the ability to do many things. It can leave deep scars which can be carried to the end of our days with the possibility of leaving our behavior altered such that we can no longer even be who we once were. It can also make us unbelievably euphoric to the point where none of life's problems seem worth the slightest of worries, as well as a myriad of degrees in between. What else can that be said about?

Anyway, my hope in posting some of my scribbling is that you may be able to relate and have it help or comfort you, even in some small way. Thanks.
