I've been writing now for about 7 years now on and off and with each new experience my writing changes. I have written everything from dark poetry to love poetry. I'm a psychology major, and I love it. I'm a generally happy person, but I have a pretty bleak outlook on humanity as a whole. People just keep dissapointing me with all their ignorance and hate. Nothing gets to me more than using your religion to spread hate. I'm proudly gay, I'm not going to change for anyone. Please keep any negative and other opinions to yourselves.
I like many writers like Edgar Allen Poe, Emily Dickinson, Walt Whitman, Robert Frost, Shakespeare, pretty much every Greek epic writer you can think of. I read a lot and pretty much anything from horror to classical literature. I LOVE Jane Austen more than anything, Pride and Prejudice is by far my favorite book.
I like coffee, wine, gay men, good books, rainy days in AZ, 4th Ave, hippie stores, art, flowers, hearts, earrings, piercings, peach ice tea, good music from bands I find, candles, shoes, purses, cats, swimming, english comedy, red patent leather, scarves, coloring my hair red, hanging out with friends, trying to help people.
My Favorite Music:
Korn, Coal Chamber, Lacuna Coil, Lullacry, Evanescence, Staind, Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Seether, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Stone Sour, Cold, Michael Buble, The Fray, Maroon 5, 3 Doors Down, Teddy Geiger, Stevie Wonder, Tony Benette, Nick Lachey, Pink, Sarah McLachlan, Jem, Michelle Branch, Natalie Imbruglia, Lola Ray, Maria Mena, Nelly Furtado, Beyonce, Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Skillet, State of Shock, Art of Dying, Forty Foot Echo, Stutterfly, One Mans Opinion, Flow, Living Syndication, James Blunt, Lifehouse, Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry, Hinder, Taproot, Chevelle, Hellogoodbye, Flyleaf, Rihanna, Katy Rose, Self Against City, Evans Blue, Red, 32 Leaves, Mudvayne, Buckcherry, HURT, Smile Empty Soul, 16 Frames, The Audition, Hundredfold, Boys Like Girls, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Shinedown, Matt White, Plumb, Cascada, Fair to Midland, 10 Years, Billie Holiday, Course of Nature, Ray Charles, Rod Stewart, John Mayor.

Alfred Adler: "To me it appears that every child, indeed every human being, for some reason, is continually striving to answer questions, to overcome difficulties, to solve riddles, and to develop himself in some degree towards a self-satisfying completion, the full achievement of his life purpose. No matter what may be the age of an individual, you will find tendencies which have their beginnings--if one may venture to use the phrase--in the dawn of life, and which, by their persistence, ever demand a development to a higher level." (From "The Cause and Prevention of Neuroses," IZIP, Vol 5, 1927.)
"Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come. You wait and watch and work; you don't give up."-Anne Lamott
Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart."-Unknown
