A Miserable Romance• Show poetry

My life is really strange. I never knew my father. I was taken away from my mother when I was five and put in foster care for eight years. In that time I had found a foster mother that I loved. I told her that if I didn't get adopted by my mom I wanted her to adopt me. After unsucessfully trying to go back to my mom I went to her home and asked her to adopt me. She told me that she was going to adopt a little 2-year old instead. I have buildt a wall up for my heart every since. I was adopted three years ago, but i still don't feel like I belong sometimes, but I friends make up for it.

I like political poetry and real poetry. I, myself, cannot rhyme that good, so I do more free writes. I like to write and read really sad poetry. I like to read mushy stuff, romance. Which is surprising because I am a dark person. I don't believe in true love. I don't believe in anything that I can't see other than emotion.

I like all kinds of music, but I listen to more rock than anything. Mudvayne, My Chemical Romance, From First to Last, Throwdown, Atreyu, Underoath, Slipknot...

I am really random!!! I want to be a drag queen for Halloween!! That would be so much fun!!!

I hate labels. I think you should be what you want to be and not care what anyone thinks. I get made fun of because I shop at Hot Topic, but I don't care. I like their clothes!!!

Right now I want to go to college to become an Art Teacher. I want to teach kids to think for themselves in everything, to be creative, and love what they do.

I have writer's block all the time, but it is really bad now because of my uncle's death. He died on April 3, 2006. He was my only uncle and my family and I miss him everyday.

I hate when you think for yourself people call you a rebel!! That happens to me ALL the time!!

I don't have any trophies because I don't enter that many contests. I have to think about something before I write it and I have to do it my way so I only enter contests with prewrites allowed. I also don't like that the contests have so many rules any more.

If you have read any of this I would think you are interested in reading my poetry. I think my best poem is "My Frankenstein." It is like many that I have done, so if you like that one you could message me and I will tell the other ones that I think are my best.

Last year I had a serious accident. I hit a deer with a 4-wheeler at night. It was a fun time and I didn't think much of going open wide with the 4-wheeler. I looked back to see the others behind me and I looked forward to see a deer in front of me. It flipped over me and the 4-wheeler. Later I found out that I killed it.

I was life watched to a major city and I was paralyzed for two weeks. They decided that if they put in a coma, I would stay that way. I also had a seizure. I had cranial pressure building. They had to drill something into my skull to release that pressure. Otherwise my brain would've been pushed down my brain stem and I wouldn't be here to day.
