that is the youtube link to this song. My favorite version of it. Basically the song is about how once you screw up we tell ourselves that it doesnt matter anymore so it doesnt matter if you keep on breaking your promises over and over. You are trash. But the point of the song is that you can stand up where you are at and keep going and learn from the mistakes you've made. This song helped me to finally forgive someone that i otherwise would have never forgiven.
